Senior Study Lead Role for Water Planning in Exploration Team

**Chandler Macleod** is a leading global provider of workforce solutions, offering recruitment, consulting, and outsourcing services to clients across various industries. Experienced Contracts Specialists (Scope of Work Writers) are encouraged to consider an
**initial 6 month contract** with an
**immediate start** to play a crucial part completing and providing SME help with scope of work writing for new contracts with our key mining client.

This role will be based in the
**Perth CBD** in stunning office facilities, working
**Monday to Friday**.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- High level of Scope of Work writing experience
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Possess exceptional engagement and collaboration skills in managing internal and external key stakeholder relationships
- Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and organisational management skills
- Ensuring contract compliance by the company contractors
- Provide contract reports and reporting capabilities to business functions and vendors to assist with monitoring & delivery of business information.
- Provides contract technical expertise and support for continuous improvement
- Coordinate change management of any approved business functionality requirements.
- Manage the documentation and follow a review/approval process for the execution of variation/amendment requests for contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to assist with the development of new contracts.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification desirable (**Procurement, Engineering, Business, Law**) or similar with experience within the mineral resources industry.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite of products, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SAP experience and experience in a mature Contract Management System (CMS) is preferred
- Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at varying levels of the business
- Demonstrated mining sector experience to be an **SME in Scope of work writing**:

- Understanding of contract management, contract execution or procurement
- This could well suit a dynamic **Site Engineer** with exceptional scope writing ability
