**About the Position**

We are looking for driven, hardworking and passionate sales professionals to join a growing team to sell into Mid Market Non Profits.

The **Account Executive, Non Profit **builds, identifies and closes opportunities for Salesforce 360 and Non Profit Cloud, empowering non-profit organisations to fund and run their entire mission with one integrated platform. In addition to advocating solutions across a set of existing Salesforce customers, you will break into net new logos in your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and drive revenue within the Non Profit market
- Generate business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling as well as up-selling into existing accounts
- Drive brand awareness, campaigns and lead generation in assigned territory, building a point of view to help customers
- Partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
- Meet and exceed growth expectations of the territory
- Build and develop a strategic business plan
- Operational excellence across forecasting and account planning

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years sales experience (preferably Software or Business Applications)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills
- Shown track achievement against targets and metrics
- Credibility internally and with customers
- Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
- Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- Ideally you will have a knowledge of selling into Non Profits and a passion for this sector.
