We currently have an opportunity for a **Project and Finance Coordinator **to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Facility Manager, this role is responsible for the effective delivery of office and administrative functions related to a premium commercial facility located north of Melbourne CBD and ensuring efficient support to the Facility Manager and Account Manager.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, this role will provide supervision of the Work-order timelines within the responsive repairs/maintenance of the Client. This will also provide some supervision through daily phone liaisons with the In-House Service Teams, Contractors and Subcontractors when required.

**What you’ll bring**
- Business stream studies/qualification, preferred.
- Experience working with and managing contracts.
- Excellent finance background with experience in budgeting and book-keeping.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of SAP & Payroll processing.
- Sound knowledge of purchasing & invoicing systems.Previous experience working with Salesforce.
