You may be a banker looking to take the leap into Mortgage broking, perhaps you're an existing Mortage Broker who is looking for a more supportive environment, great team culture, a long term career and a steady flow of leads.

You will possess great organisational skills accompanied by superior communication skills which will allow you to keep our clients and referral partners up to date throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualifying leads and converting opportunities
- Understanding client's goals, needs and objectives
- Building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service
- Conducting client facing and zoom finance interviews
- Researching suitable lender policy and loan products
- Communicating your recommendations to clients as a trusted advisor
- Following all compliance requirements and acting in the clients best interest
- The ability to be coachable and consistently look for ways to increase knowledge and performance

**ABOUT YOU**
- Integrity and respect in all dealings
- A motivated and proven Sales Person who always puts their clients first
- A team player who thrives off winning as an individual and as a team
- A minimum of 1 Year in a client facing Finance sales role
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (Diploma Preferred)
- FBAA/MFAA Current Member (or willing to join)

- Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (depends on experience) + Quarterly Bonus (Uncapped)
- Remuneration Type: PAYG - Base Salary + Super + Bonus
