But we're not your average podcast studio... TBC Studios is where sound meets strategy.

Most podcast studios will give you a room with a mic, hit record and edit it into something you can upload to buzzsprout, perhaps with a reel or two to share on social media.

**WE DON'T DO THAT.**

We start every single podcast with the intention to build a brand and a community, to create something that people can't wait to listen to every single week.

And our job is to get those episodes into the ears of those that need to hear it most.

- We work with incredible brands, influencers and people who are voices of authority in their field... We're searching for someone who LOVES podcasting and telling stories.

Who understands how to STOP THE SCROLL, research trends and is excited to build out growth strategies that will help our clients reach more people than ever before.

Most work is able to be completed remotely with the occasional co-working day or client meeting in Brisbane required
- **Your responsibilities will include**:_
- Overseeing all aspects of podcast production from recording right through to publishing and promoting the episodes
- Researching and creating strategies for new episodes and providing feedback on current podcast performance (linked with analytics from our data analyst)
- Building growth strategies ensuring this aligns with overall brand and content strategy
- Creating edits for Tiktok and IG reels using multi-cam footage
- Long form editing for Youtube including Thumbnail creation
- Identifying ways to constantly innovate and ensure videos and audiograms stand out across each platform.
- You have direct experience editing and producing podcasts or video content OR have these skills and a background in marketing, media or journalism.
- You love podcasts and want to build something that has an IMPACT
- Creating 'viral' videos is something that excites you
- You have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and love creating
- You are proactive, take initiative and passionate about the success of our clients
- You believe in 'going hard' or 'going back to the studio'
- There's nothing that annoys you more than watching a video or listening to a podcast that just DOESN'T quite hit the mark and has a HUGE MISSED opportunity
- You have experience with growth across multiple platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram)
- You always want to continue learning and upskilling to bring the best of the best.
