**Our Client**
The OneSKY Australia Program is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Airservices next generation services including the future civil-military air traffic management system (CMATS) which includes Regional Towers Solution Design and Development (RTS) and the Airservices Defence OneSKY Towers (ADOT) solution through the program - a joint activity with the Department of Defence.

As CMATS Engagement Manager, you will lead an effective organisational Engagement, Change management and Communications stream to enable successful alignment with CMATS delivery and OneSKY program. This means focusing the strategy to deliver:

- Maintaining and improving CMATS brand that will consist of implementing the Prosci governance and establishing the Change agents network to ensure streamlined changes are communicated to customer/s, internal and external CMATS stakeholders.
- Implementing the engagement strategies in close collaboration with vendor that will focus on promoting the product development, business process improvements and promoting the benefits of CMATS and OneSKY.
- Leverage and foster existing change and communication channels within OneSKY, Transition stream and broader ASA.

**Specifically you will**:

- Develop and execute CMATS Engagement, Change and Communications Agents Strategy and network to ensure streamlined changes are communicated to customer/s, internal and external CMATS stakeholders. Leverage from Prosci governance and Airservices' structured change management methodology (ADKAR) to ensure people change experience is delivered consistently and effectively.
- Lead CMATS engagement and change management planning and processes, ensuring setting and achievements of key milestones: change impact assessment, stakeholders map, change strategy and plans and change management reporting.
- Develop and maintain a broad range of relationships to influence within the value chain with their team and at peer level, and positively influence stakeholders.
- Work with Communications SMEs, to detail stakeholder mapping ensuring all necessary business consultation occurs in a timely manner; as well as developing the communications strategy to support communication deliverables (i.e. key messaging, vision setting, FAQs etc).

**Skills and Experience**
- A solid working knowledge (7 years +) and understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model.
- Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., active listening, sensory acuity, and rapport building).
- Ability to lead and influence across Airservices' and move people towards a common vision/goal.
- Experience in high performing teams in technology intensive industries within complex and safety critical operating environments.
- Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and communications skills
