Have good experience in ServiceNow Consultation, Implementation, design and development.

Experience in implementing Customer Service Management Applications in ServiceNow.

Have good hands-on experience in Case Management and Change Management.

Have an experience on configuring Agent Workspace and setting up the environment for ITSM, CSM and UI builder for workspace.

Have good experience in Advanced Work Assignment that automatically route work to the best Agent based on criteria or affinity with the Case.

Worked on related lists and related list UI actions.

Create and use Update sets to move Customizations between systems.

Have good hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes.

Have Good experience on various ServiceNow Modules like Service Catalog, SLA, ACL’s.

Worked a on User Administration Part like Users, Groups creation and assigning roles.

Have good experience in creating and managing Service Catalogs, Categories and Record Producers.

Have knowledge in Transform Maps, Data Sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management.

Have knowledge with Flow Designer to automate the process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
