About the Role
Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Executive, staff at all levels and service clients on confidentiality and privacy matters and matters relating to the processing of Internal and External Reviews under the Right to Information Act 2009 and the Information Privacy Act 2009.
Constantly monitor systems and procedures to identify opportunities for service improvements in line with organisational and business goals.
Manage the staff within the Information Access Unit according to HRM frameworks, including recruitment and performance planning/management.
