**THE ROLE**:
We are currently seeking to engage a talented **Interior Designer** to join our Brisbane studio, with the opportunity to grow into a local design lead role.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Carrying out Interior sketch design work
- Working across all phases of development including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration
- Integration of Interior and Architectural delivery
- Management of and production of Interior documentation and scheduling
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Mentoring and management of junior team members
- Working with clients to exceed their expectations
- Liaison with and management of consultants, suppliers and authorities as required for projects

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**:
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Relevant Interior Design tertiary qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in Interior Design
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and planning ordinances
- Experience effectively leading small teams
- Exceptional communication skills - visual, verbal and written
- Intermediate visualisation skills using Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience with ArchiCAD highly regarded, other CAD software experience considered
