We are currently looking for a Terminal Facilities Controller.

**What you'll do**:
Working within the Terminal Maintenance team you will have the opportunity to coordinate the maintenance and presentation of key building facilities in the terminal environment. The focus is on building facilities and soft services (cleaning, waste, public access, vertical transport, public seating, keys and building amenities). In addition you will assist with the permit issuing process, project facilitation, regular reporting and the heart of this role is providing great customer service and an excellent commitment to safety.

**About you**:
You are friendly, approachable and able to build a rapport quickly and confidently. You'll delight in driving customer satisfaction and can maintain your composure in challenging situations - a sense of humour is helpful here too

You will have experience in property management and project management along with a sound understanding of building codes, regulations and relevant standards. You will have experience in delivering high quality building activity facilitation services within a complex building environment and last but not least, contractor management experience.
