- Excited by Selling? Passionate about styling and product? KPI driven and motivated by results? Wanting the next step in your Career? We're a menswear brand looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Joondalup Store.
- There is an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Casual that have the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- A genuine love for styling and sales coaching
- Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment, preferably fashion
- A keen interest in fashion trends
- Competitive spirit & motivated by team development
- Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers
- Great time management & able to prioritize and multi-task
- Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development. (preferred)
- Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community (preferred)
- Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results (preferred)
