When you work for Neverland, you are more than just an employee - you are a part of our brand We are looking for **ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER** to join our team at **Joondalup**. As an Assistant Store Manager at Neverland, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive store performance, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and lead the team to success. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Uphold and assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. - Lead by example in delivering the Neverland customer experience, and assist in training, coaching, and motivating the store team. - Drive sales and achieve store targets through exceptional customer service, effective delegation, and efficient task management. - Support in the execution of visual merchandising, brand directives, and promotional activities to a high standard. - Assist with weekly reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with the Store Manager and Area Manager. - Step up to oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, taking accountability for store presentation, service, and performance. **About You**: - Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to grow into a future leadership role. - Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to leadership or supervisory responsibilities. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience. - Visual merchandising experience is advantageous, with an eye for presentation and detail. **Why Join the Neverland Crew?** - Opportunity to build your retail leadership career in a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment. - Ongoing development, coaching, and pathways for career progression. - Staff discounts across all CSD Heritage Brands. - Generous incentive program rewarding both individual and team success.
