**The role**:
As Studio Manager for the Symal Group, you'll lead and manage our internal graphic design studio, ensuring all creative outputs uphold our brand's visual identity and clearly communicate complex information. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative campaigns across digital and print platforms, supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.

Your creative direction will shape Symal's visual communications, influencing brand perception and market engagement. By managing a team of creative experts, you'll ensure the highest quality of design output while fostering a collaborative and innovative studio environment.

- Lead and manage the internal studio's operations and workflow
- Build better together by managing and mentoring a graphic designer and videographer/multimedia producer
- Innovate with intent to create visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines for digital and print media
- Push what’s possible by collaborating with stakeholders to understand their visual requirements and deliver creative solutions
- From supporting tender submissions and marketing campaigns to developing a new brand or visual activation for a trade show - you can make it yours every day
**Who you are**:
- A collaborative creative who likes to think outside the box and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, or related field
- Having 5+ years of technical experience in graphic design with management experience, in an agency environment will be highly regarded
- Super organised with proven leadership skills to mentor and motivate a creative team
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.)
