Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic Dispatch Clerk to join their client located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. The client produces, markets and distributes a wide range of high-quality dairy products for the domestic and international markets. Quality is their number 1 priority. We are seeking individuals who have the right skills, attitude and are looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and experience. Positions are for an immediate start with availability across Afternoon shift. About the role:

- Manage paperwork
- Communicate with all staff
- Liaise with multiple departments
- Ensure maintenance of SOP's and OH&S requirements
- Customer Service
- Provide efficient and accurate execution of all relevant dispatch procedures and gatehouse responsibilities

- Use SAP (Previous exp beneficial)
- Previous Dispatch / logistics / warehouse experience required
- Safety focused
- Self - motivated
- Ability to undertake a Pre
- Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol screen and Police check
