We are seeking experienced Aged or Disability Care Workers who want to make a difference in peoples lives each and every day. We have roles in our Perth Northern Suburbs and West Coast branches. Our services include: aged care, disability care, transitional care, respite care, sleepover which can be active or inactive, social support, domestic assistance, transport, nursing care, palliative care, wound management and more.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Services
- Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring and quality service
- Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families
- A good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills
- Full COVID-19 vaccination
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtain
- Current or willing to obtain Working With Children Card
- Current or willing to obtain Manual handling certificate
- Current or willing to obtain relevant immunisations for working in WA health
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver's licence and your own car
- Comprehensive car insurance
Preferred Skills
Highly desirable:
- Nights or sleep shifts
- Local knowledge and a strong network in Perth especially Western & Northern corridor within the community and/or hospitals
- Understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care & NDIS and hospital discharge environment
