**About the Role**

We have a young adult client in the** Oran Park **area with complex care needs and your responsibilities will include:

- ** Personal Care** assistance including showering and supporting with daily hygiene
- ** Transport client to day program** close by where support staff will be with a group of other students and staff
- Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal preparation & domestic duties
- Long shifts available **9am - 3pm Monday to Saturday** as well as additional hours with the other programs in the area

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Experienced supporting individuals with **mental health **conditions and knowledgeable about **complex behaviours** in particular with the genetic disorder Prada Willi Syndrome
- ** Strong & active with an outgoing personality**, someone who is patient
- Skills in personal care preferred, with the ability to work autonomously
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
- Minimum **Cert III qualification** (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
