Overview:
**Job Purpose**:
In this role you will be providing market leading relationship management, and dealing services to our most valuable customers. Key to the success of this role is a keen interest in and deep understanding of financial markets and trading, combined with the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive retention and account growth. Strong fluency in both English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.

**Responsibilities**:
**General Duties**:

- Proactively acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our premium clients that are personalized to their trading styles and needs
- Focus on new business and building the premium client base through new and existing networks.
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications to keep clients engaged with the markets and with City Indexs offering in Australia
- Support clients around new product releases, regulatory changes and other account-related activities
- Manage the efficient and accurate execution of client orders as needed, including executing complex instructions requiring trade desk support
- Build and grow strong relationships with stakeholders in the region and globally

Qualifications:
**Knowledge and Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in financial markets, preferably client facing
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets
- Thorough understanding of technical analysis and indicators
- Self motivated, well organized and excellent communicator
- Client network or existing book desired
