We are in the market for an outstanding individual to coordinate and deliver the building services and related services preventative maintenance program and reactive maintenance works including regular audits and inspections to the City’s Major Buildings and Facilities.

You will be someone who is able to get this done through the effective and efficient management of City staff and contractors.

- Diploma or higher or demonstrated equivalent qualification(s) associated with management of facilities.
- Significant demonstrable experience delivering maintenance programs for multiple complex facilities (5+ years).
- Significant experience managing staff, contractors, and budgets (5+ years).
- Current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence.

**The finer details**

This permanent full-time Level 7 position attracts a salary $111,621 gross per annum as well as a contributory restricted private use of a City vehicle in accordance with the City’s Light Vehicle Policy.

As part of our recruitment process, preferred applicants will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.
