**About the role**:
You will have a proven history of exceeding sales targets through your solution sales approach, have a sound strategic business development skill set, self-motivated and possess the ability to build solid relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
A strong business platform, already in place, we are focused on unleashing the growth potential of this exciting business. A great challenge for a highly motivated sales professional.
**What will you be responsibile for**:
- Work with key strategic distributors to identify Rubbermaid solutions through their customer base
- Identify end user solutions that can be complemented through our product portfolio
- Work in collaboration with the Rubbermaid Commercial Products Sales and Marketing Team with the execution of all new product launches and promotional activity
- Develop & manage a new business pipeline through a CRM - Salesforce
- Appropriate distributor growth account plans and execute strategies
- Product demonstrations and sales presentations
**What skills and experience must you possess?**
- Bachelor’s degree or further studies in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing or a related qualification and
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in territory management or account management position
- Business to business acumen with the ability to identify customer trends and rapidly work towards goals in a dynamic landscape
- Track record of delivering growth with key accounts through robust account plans
- Excellent planning, organisation, negotiation, and time management skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Provide regular infield business updates with team and direct report
