Job description

Hotel Cavalier in Wantirna South is a 3 star hotel with 36 accommodation rooms.

We are currently seeking a casual Receptionist to join our team.
- Exceptional guests service skills
- Willingness to use initiative and ability to solve problems
- A hands-on approach and to be adaptable to workplace situations
- Team orientated
- Great organisational skills
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Ability to work a seven day rotating roster
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ideally, with previous Front Office experience
- Previous experience with a PMS will be highly regarded.
- Strong literacy skills

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Check-in and Check-out our guests
- Making accommodation reservations and assisting with guest enquiries
- Guest services including concierge and porter
- Maintaining accurate accounts
AND
- To ensure all of our guests have a memorable experience at our great hotel

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
