Our client is a global software IT firm with an excellent client base and consistent growth. Offering their clients services that are second to none means they understand and value the importance of striving for success. The supportive management team has strived to ensure an upbeat working environment with opportunities for development. Their offices are based in the Sydney CBD and they do have a hybrid working arrangement in place. They are seeking a Finance Analyst to join and drive continued growth in this market.

**The Role**:
Reporting to an experienced and talented FC, as the Finance Analyst, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Revenue and variance analysis
- Interpreting data results and trends to make informed decisions
- Project accounting and reporting
- Financial modelling
- Some business partnering

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Degree qualified plus studying towards or already be CA/CPA qualified
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar Financial Analyst role
- Advanced excel skills with experience in financial modelling
- IT software industry experience is highly regarded
- Happy to commit to this 12-month contract
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
