**Financial Analyst - NFP - Sydney**

**The Company**

Our client is a Not for Profit organisation that has seen strong year-on-year growth since its conception in the 1980s. As a result of this growth, they have acquired Tier 1 status in their field and are in a strong position with multiple exciting projects in the pipeline.

Our client has a closely knit finance team and prides itself on their supportive, inclusive, and values-driven company culture.

**The Role**

Reporting to a talented Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to business partner with a wide range of finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Management reporting and assistance with financial reporting
- Analysis and communication of monthly financial performance
- Variance analysis and cash flow reporting
- Assist with continuous improvement of the finance processes

**Your Background**

To be considered for this Financial Analyst role, you will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines. You should also possess the following:

- Prior experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in property will be highly regarded but not essential
- Collaborative working style and desire to partner with non-finance stakeholders
- Three-way modelling will be highly regarded but not essential
