**The Client**

Our Client is one of the leading fashion and luxury goods groups in the world today with boutiques in 60 countries around the world. This world Luxury Brand designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewellery, home interiors, fragrances and cosmetics under a range of brand names.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, key responsibilities include:

- Oversee and support floor coverage, vm, operations, driving sales whilst delivering exceptional client experience
- Engage and develop VIP relationships and support sales of new collections
- Attract, recruit, develop, retain and engage customers whilst supervising sales to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved.
- Support the Boutique Manager in analysing results and implementing action plans
- Induction of new staff integration into the team, including training and development.
- Monitor staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales
technique, stock management.
- Manage and motivate staff to increase performance and sales, and to ensure efficiency.
- Carry out staff performance evaluation and personal development.
- Promote the culture of the brand internally and externally
- Ensure excellence in the sales ritual as per company policy, supervising customer service and relationship building.
- Ensure impeccable aesthetics in the store following VM guidelines
- Suggest and adopt sales strategies, CRM and marketing plans aimed
at increasing revenues.
- Maintain organisation of administrative responsibilities and manage Inventory
