
Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We operate 2 businesses - a Motorcycle Workshop and a growing e-commerce business also in the Motorcycle Industry, both based in Sydney's Inner West.
We are currently seeking an individual to assist with bookkeeping and administration across both businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform entry and allocation of bills into our CRM system.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger entries in Xero.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Compile and send monthly statements to trade customers and follow up outstanding payments.
- Oversee and manage the timely payment of bills, ensuring all invoices are accurate, approved, and paid within due dates to maintain positive vendor relationships.
**Skills**:
- Previous experience with accounting systems/Xero would be helpful but training will be provided in house where needed. (Training on our CRM systems will be provided.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
We are flexible with working hours, and pay will be dependent on skill, experience and qualifications.
**NOTE: To be eligible you must have working rights in Australia.**

Pay: From $27.17 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
