Warehouse Team Coordinator

This includes, but is not limited to: managing team member rosters, overseeing absences and breaks, controlling daily or shift workflows, delivering training (both new and refresher) to team members, ensuring OHS compliance, maximising key performance indicators, and working in conjunction with the State Logistics Manager on continuous improvement initiatives. Support in other areas of the distribution centre may be required depending on workload.
