**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire large teams with your dynamic leadership skills.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentor-ship to team members, fostering a supportive and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulations and industry standards, holding the highest regard for integrity and responsibility.
- Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of our venues, contributing to their success and growth.
- Utilise your expertise and experience to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment for our patrons.
- Uphold a professional and positive image of the company, setting a high standard for customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of relevant certifications, including **RSA, RSG,** is mandatory. Gaming License preffered.
- Proven experience in the gaming and pokies industry, showcasing your expertise in compliance and venue operations.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development, motivation, and empowerment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring a safe gaming environment for all.
