We currently have an opportunity for a **Payroll & Accounts Clerk** to join our team at the **Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre**. You will be responsible for processing payroll, assisting in monthly account reconciliations and the prompt and accurate processing of accounts payable.

**What you’ll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Manage payroll entry for casual and weekly paid staff ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
- Raising purchase orders and goods receipting
- Manage account queries and supplier reconciliations where required
- Ensure all work completed meets relevant legislative or industry standards, while maintaining accuracy and timely levels of reporting.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for key external and internal stakeholders.

***What you’ll bring**
- Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or Payroll Administration
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience within a payroll or accounting role preferred
- Prior experience using computer software with some knowledge of SAP or other invoicing/payroll systems desired and knowledge of MS Office suite (including Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment either independently or as part of Team.
