Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Clerk to take on a pivotal role in managing essential financial responsibilities and fostering effective communication with both clients and team members. Our cohesive team embodies a culture of enthusiasm, excellence, and a deep-seated passion for the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Functions: Manage the inflow and outflow of funds effectively.
Payroll Tax and Payroll Preparation: Ensure accurate payroll processing, including superannuation lodgments.
Invoice Creation and Bank Reconciliation: Generate invoices and reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate financial records.
BAS Preparation (PAYG): Prepare Business Activity Statements in compliance with relevant laws.
Accounts Collections and Query Management: Handle collections and manage customer queries promptly and efficiently.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Produce necessary financial reports and perform various administrative duties as needed.
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
Charismatic, with a knack for winning people over
Well-presented and a 100% team player
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Reliable, punctual, and proficient with computers (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
5 years of experience in a similar role
Diploma in Accounting
Experience with XERO software
Current C-class driver's license and own transport are essential
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Demonstrated customer handling experience
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
