**Business Development Representative - Sydney**

Are you a recent graduate ready to break into the fast-paced world of SaaS sales? We're looking for ambitious, curious, and energetic individuals to join our growing team in Sydney as Business Development Representatives. If you're eager to learn, love talking to people, and want to build a rewarding career in tech, this is your moment.

**You must be based in Sydney or willing to relocate to Sydney for this role. Working mode is hybrid with min 3 days working in Client's office and 2 days WFH. You must know the Australia market well and is a Native Australian speaker.**

What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business pipeline for the _Client product_ suite by identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Connect with new prospects to understand their needs and challenges, and help build a strong, qualified pipeline for the Field Sales team.
- Qualify inbound leads and web inquiries through Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure smooth handoff to Sales.
- Own your performance—measured by qualified meetings booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated.
- Hit (and exceed) activity targets through a consistent flow of outreach via multiple channels.
- Think outside the box—experiment with new outreach techniques and creative messaging to spark interest.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to fine-tune demand generation efforts and campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication skills—you’re confident on the phone, sharp with written messaging, and a great listener.
- A “phone-first” attitude—you’re not afraid to cold call and consistently drive meetings.
- Experience in lead generation or inside sales at a fast-paced SaaS company (a big plus).
- A track record of smashing your targets and exceeding goals.
- Social media savvy—you know how to leverage LinkedIn, Twitter, and other tools to connect and engage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRMs) is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,600.00 per month
