**Salary range**: $80,000 - $100,000 AUD

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to manage service delivery, resource coordination, and project outcomes. This is a **hands-on role that involves regular travel and overnight stays across New South Wales**, depending on project locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and lead operational teams to ensure efficient project execution in line with company procedures and service standards.
- Allocate labour, fleet, and warehouse resources effectively to meet project timelines and client expectations.
- Monitor and manage project performance to ensure KPIs, client satisfaction, and profitability targets are achieved.
- Prepare and review service agreements, project documentation, and performance reports.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues, manage variations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide operational updates and insights to senior management, supporting continuous improvement across projects.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and accommodation for remote or regional project work.

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in project coordination, logistics, or operations management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate resources effectively.
- Proficiency in documentation and project reporting.
- **Willingness to travel regularly and stay overnight at various project sites across NSW.**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Northmead NSW 2152
