**What this opportunity involves**:
This exciting opportunity will take the lead with the planning, development and delivery of all retail processes and solutions across our prominent PAM business You’ll monitor the use of JLL retail platforms including MRI, to ensure teams are producing consistent and accurate documentation (tenancy schedules, budgets, reports).

Overall success in the role is contributing to the growth and income value of the JLL Retail Business and assisting with the roll-out of new systems and processes in conjunction with our Business Technology Team.

The role could be offered flexibly at 4 days a week or 5 days is fine too. We’re also flexible on location with a preference for the east coast of Australia and we envisage some travel will be required 3-4 times a year.

A snapshot of the role;
Ensuring all retail staff are aware of our standard platforms, processes, and procedures

Helping Centre Managers to achieve budget, business plan, reporting deliverables (including onsite visits when necessary to carry out competency checks, reviewing process for efficiency, and being an “ear on the ground”)

Confirming all training and experience is available for all Centre Managers and everyone holds the relevant Real Estate Licences

Assist with the roll out of new systems and processes

Provide commercially focused leadership, management, and consultancy to the Head of Retail and State Directors as well as their management teams to ensure optimal business outcomes

Run optimisation workgroups and workshops to explore areas of improvement

Run weekly staff on-boarding/ induction sessions for new staff with weekly follow up sessions

You’ll have a strong background in retail shopping centre management with a willingness to constantly learn given you’ll be at the helm educating, training/ developing our teams.

You can think strategically, simplify complexities, solve problems, and see the bigger picture.

It doesn’t matter who it is, but you can talk to anyone at any level, actively collaborate, and help others succeed.

You’re persuasive yet can instill confidence and trust among stakeholders, with a gravitas to drive change and obtain results.

Given this is also the Transition Lead for Retail - experience transitioning new properties is desirable as is MRI experience.
