An interventional procedure is a mínimally invasive medical therapeutic. We represent global industry pioneers in the cardiology, peripheral, abdominal, and neurological intervention market segments. We distribute an exciting range of products from start to finish, innovative best-in-class PCI and PPI medical devices. To offer safer, faster, and better technology in the challenging interventional procedures.

Role Description:

- Processing Sales Order for same day Delivery.
- Daily Inventory transfer for Bill & Replace orders, new Consignment & Boot

Stock within SAP bin locations.
- Reconcile monthly Consignment & Sales Manager boot stock.
- Backorder fulfilment and follow-up with Inventory planner.
- Book freight pick-up for time sensitive and overnight delivery.
- Liaise with cross-functionals teams.
- Maintaining relationship with Customers and Vendors.
- Back-up support in Cycle count and Pick-Pack in absence of Team members.
- Preparation of daily and periodic report.

Skill & Experience
- Experience with SAP & or similar ERP software is essential for order processing and running reports. Previous experience in medical devices industry is preferred.
- Gain knowledge of product range, pricing structure and Tender obligation.
- Good time management skill in fast-paced organisation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and prompt response to requests.
- Can work with minimum supervision and as part of team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
