Chipping Norton, Australia Protech Warehousing & Manufacturing Full time

Protech are looking for an experienced **Accounts Administrator** to join our client, located in Chipping Norton.

You will play a key role in assisting in all procurement operations and have exceptional excel skills.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Immediate Start
- Temp - Perm
- Monday - Friday Day Shift

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, payments and received stock
- Collaborate with the delivery team, ensuring timely shipments and handling delays effectively
- Ensure stock is appropriately delivered to the correct locations
- Create and process purchase orders
- Assess supplier performance and address issues or improvements
- Conduct regular inventory inspections, reordering supplies promptly when necessary
- General ad hoc duties

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 1+ years in a similar role (manufacturing or logistics field highly regarded)
- Excel skill - expert
- Drivers License
- Full working rights
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
