**About the role**
This role provides vital administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Council’s MCH and Immunisation programs. Working collaboratively across teams, the role is responsible for accurate record-keeping, efficient scheduling, client communication, and compliance, contributing to high-quality service outcomes and a positive client experience.
- Other responsibilities include:_
- Provide administrative support to the Coordinator, Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation, Manager, Life Stages, or delegate.
- Assist with enquiries, providing courteous, accurate information across MCH and Immunisation services.
- Assist with organising and maintaining appointment calendars, session rosters, and venue bookings.
- Maintain and update client records, immunisation registers, and appointment systems. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations to funding bodies

**About you**
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting community health services. Your ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across teams ensures smooth program delivery and excellent client service. Experience in a health or community services environment will be highly regarded.

The following is also required:

- Experience working in administrative roles, preferably in a health, education, or community services setting and/or post-secondary qualifications in business administration or related fields.
- Understanding of health-related data reporting requirements (desirable).
- Experience with immunisation program support or MCH systems (desirable).
