**Position Description**
We are looking for a new Logistics Coordinator to join our Perth branch. This role will control shipments from end to end for air/sea and import/export procedures. Duties include associated administrative tasks and reporting. A Level 2 Operator is expected to be able to perform specialised and non-routine tasks under general guidance and be capable of exercising initiative and judgement in carrying out their duties.

**OPERATIONAL SERVICES**
- Statement of Duties- **WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS**
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures
- Receive inventory into the warehouse from regular container arrivals
- Coordinate order fulfilment, i.e. picking and packing
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and/or forklift
- Load materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
- Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Contribute to planning the layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
- Follow and contribute to procedures on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
- **ADMINISTRATION SERVICES**
- Perform data entry for management of Purchase Orders
- Line item checking to match paperwork with physical items
- Write consignment notes
- Perform filing and archiving tasks, including both paper and electronic documents
- Support the Operations team with freight forwarding duties as directed by Manager
- Skills and Attributes- **POSITION SPECIFIC SKILLS**
- Proficient (or ability to become proficient) with Crane Worldwide systems (PO Management, TMF, C-View, etc)
- Prior experience in a Warehouse Operations (min 2 years)
- Current forklift license
