What’s the opportunity?

Tyro are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Channel Partnerships team, where you will drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within an assigned industry specialism.

Key responsibilities include;

**Partner Ecosystem Development & Market Research**:Identify, onboard, and foster strategic partnerships within the assigned industry vertical. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

**New Partner & Customer Acquisition**: Engage in proactive prospecting and outreach through various channels to expand market presence. Craft compelling value propositions and presentations tailored to potential partners and customers

**Client Relationship Management & Proposal Development**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Market Analysis, Strategy Development & Execution**: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and penetrate new markets with precision.

**Performance Tracking, Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales metrics and partnership performance. Deliver regular reports to senior management and collaborate with internal teams to align and support sales objectives.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in solution selling, with the ability to tailor products and services to meet specific client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed; a valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle is advantageous.
