**About the opportunity**
In this role, you will:

- Lead the execution of key sub-projects focused on reviewing and rectifying employee entitlements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Identify and mitigate risks while fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.

**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in managing complex projects, particularly in employee relations or HR.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams toward successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

**Note**: A current National Police Clearance Certificate is required by the successful applicant.
