Join Resources and #MakeADifferenceAbout the role: In this role you will: - Contribute to the preparation of timely advice on sensitive and complex issues, including through submissions, briefing notes, presentations, speeches, publications and correspondence for consideration by Executive Management, the Director
- General, the Minister and other senior government officials. Conduct research and prepare advice on a range of policy and operational issues in the resources portfolio and the wider economic development space that identifies key opportunities, constraints and risks. Maintain an awareness of issues, challenges, risks and opportunities for the Reform program and contribute to associated policy and legislation. Work collaboratively with colleagues and with other levels of government, industry and non-government organisations to achieve policy outcomes and deliver on Government commitments. Represent the Department at meetings, committees and interdepartmental working groups as required.
