**About this role**:
Fantastic role for an emerging or established BIM Manager to join a boutique studio working on exceptional projects (mainly high budget houses). Work across two studios ensuring highest standards of systems, programs and technologies underpin the workflow of this studio.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop technology strategies and opportunities for improvements to workflows, tools and the capabilities of the teams
- Develop and maintain BIM standards
- Provide ongoing support and trouble shooting for the wider team
- Provide in
- house training and upskilling as required
- Create Revit content
- Manage software licences
- Contribute to projects (this may include the setting up of models) and review the ongoing work throughout the project programme

**Skills and Experience**
- Min of 5 years’ experience in a BIM focused role
- Local experience on high end houses/ boutique hospitality and or other bespoke projects
- Expertise in Revit and other related software
- Experience training others
- Outstanding communication skills
- A collaborative and positive attitude suited to continually driving improvement and positive change

She has worked for small and large practices including eight years as practice manager at Bates Smart. She has used her extensive knowledge to advise and support leading firms and government agencies in Sydney on their recruitment requirements. Misty is now mainly focused on senior/ strategic appointments.
