We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join our dynamic team at our Sydney studio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in strategically developing COX’s key objectives and overseeing the BIM process and personnel to achieve project goals and deliverables.
**About the role**:
As the BIM Manager, you will be an integral part of our national COX environment, where BIM adoption policies are set at the national level to ensure consistent standards across all studios. Collaboration with counterparts in other COX Studios and the National BIM Manager is a fundamental aspect of this role. Close coordination is essential, especially when collaborating on large shared projects, which may involve consultant teams or Joint Venture architectural partners.
While a Sydney BIM Manager typically does not engage in creating project content within the BIM authoring software, you will work proactively with each project team to establish project structures, managing data exchange protocols and general project workflow problem solving. Your active participation in industry associations representing COX will contribute to our continued growth and expertise.
**Experience**:
Extensive experience in project delivery.
Demonstrated experience in BIM delivery across multidiscipline projects, including expertise in project planning, model auditing, shared coordinate and export/import in various file formats.
**Qualifications**:
Degree in Architecture or other relevant qualifications and/or BIM training.
