Assist other team members in completing their tasks, such as ordering and following-ups, data entry, and contacting external parties regarding their stock orders.
- Provide prompt responses to internal and external enquiries. Participate in warehouse group general communication.
- Assist in providing employees and visitors with necessary information, access, and resources.
- Implement tasks directed by managers or directors, including but not limited to administrative work.
- Coordinate with direct report/other team members to ensure the warehouse is well-organised and maintained.
- Manage warehouse amenities supplies and stationery ordering and restocking.
- Monitor and report warehouse workspace and equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance.

The starting salary is $60,000 plus super, review after 6-month probation ends. Normal work hours are regular business hours.
