- $94,194pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading

**About our opportunity**

This is a **BRAND NEW role** in our Wellbeing and Safety team... a great opportunity for someone to step in and make it their own.

Working closely with the Wellbeing and Safety Manager, you will support the **development and ongoing management** and improvement of all **Wellbeing and Safety** digital and technical **systems, processes and initiatives**. We will also look to you to provide quality and professional advice on new and current systems to key stakeholders.

You will be an essential part of the team to fast track deliverables around organisational systems review and development, driving **improving the Digital Systems behind managing safety**. You'll also:

- Develop systems to provide expert analysis of wellbeing and safety data which supports the implementation of systems to monitor, record and measure W&S performance and risk.
- Partner with stakeholders to automate workflows and WHS processes aligned to business and regulatory requirements to streamline and evidence Due Diligence.
- Collaborate and consult with the senior leaders and ICT to ensure robust methods, principles, processes and rules are in place to assess and effectively manage risks.
- Contribute to processes that ensures that all staff are well trained and supported in the purpose and use of W&S digital systems.

**About you**

We are seeking someone experienced in with advanced digital skills in information management and an in-depth understanding of **Wellbeing and Safety systems** looking for that next challenge

You will bring substantial experience in eliciting and translating W&S process requirements to deliver automated process solutions, and be **driven by improving technology capability** and solutions.

With a strong **analytical mindset** and exceptional interpersonal skills to quickly build those quality working relationships throughout the organisation, you will quickly become a valuable member of our team.

In addition, you will have:

- IT and statistical analysis capabilities with the ability to develop performance reports.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice, applicable Australian Standards and industry guidelines, monitoring compliance to applicable laws, regulations, requirements and standards.
- Highly developed communication skills, including consultancy and negotiation, with a strong focus on the provision of quality customer service to internal customers.
