- CR/019231_1666074230FinXL are looking to engage an ITSM Consultant for a 6-12 month contract for one of our I.T. Services Clients based in WA, Hybrid Work.

**Overview**
As a ITSM Consultant you will be responsible for the Change Management process and ensure that all governed changes are effectively managed to reduce and minimise disruptions to business services (Incidents) and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Heading up the Change practice and working with the Managed Service and Projects departments

Own and manage the change management practice across multiple external clients and multiple internal departments using ITIL delivery assurance principles.

Communication of change related items internally and externally with our clients, using a defined templated approach.

Works with the Technical teams and clients to manage risk and governance within the change process.

Update and manage Change management documentation (Policy Process and procedures)

Develop a range of materials for participating organisations to help educate, support and transition to the future state, where required.

Contribute to various high-level reporting tasks to meet governance requirements.

Define and measure change success metrics, monitor change progress and report issues into governance forums.

Provide Statistical reporting of change management and the execution of change when required.
