**The Role**

As a hands-on Developer resource, you will work closely with customers, Technical Leads, Project Managers and the sales team to execute project delivery and bring envisioned solutions to life. The role will require initiative, teamwork and innovation to assist our clients to achieve more with technology. As a developer in the Modern Work team, you will provide the following
- Support the Sales and delivery team with development estimates and solution outlines
- Contribute to practice development with innovative service ideas and ongoing technology skills development.
- Maintain personal development and skills related to Microsoft Azure development, Microsoft 365 development and important evolving technology opportunities.

**About You**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in development, focusing on Microsoft Platforms
- Ability to build rapport and confidently converse with clients relating to development engagements.
- Driven attitude that thrives on working as an integral part of team that strives for success
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to meet high service level expectations
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- A quick learner who seeks to continually improve their capacity to take on increased responsibilities.
- **Essential Skills & Experience**:
**Required**:
**Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure integration services (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API management, Kubernetes/Docker).**
- Development experience using C#,.NET,.NET Core, JSON, NodeJs, JQuery, JavaScript
- API development experience using REST/JSON, OAuth 2.0, SOAP/XML, Web service
- Knowledge of GIT and Azure DevOps practices including building of CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery workflows

**Preferred other skills also include**:

- ** Hands On Experience with SharePoint Online SPFX and Power Platform related development**.
