**Duration**:6 months

**Pay rate**:$650 - $780 p/d + super

**Location**:Parramatta/Hybrid

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the delivery IT projects and leading key streams of work.
- Supporting the project lead with day to day project administration, including updating project plans, arranging meetings and workshops, taking and following up on minutes and actions, and project governance.
- Project budget administration, including raising POs, receipting invoices and budget tracking.
- Drafting of business cases, RFx and procurement documentation.
- Managing end-to-end procurement across the IT department.
- Liaising with vendors and supporting the procurement lead with pre-award enquiries, contract negotiations and contract sign-off.
- Coordinating the recruitment of project staff.

**About you**:

- Recent and relevant project management experience, including procurement.
- Strong stakeholder management experience for a large or complex project.
- Confident to take the lead in meetings and work pro-actively.
- Ability to manage multiple project streams of work and prioritise accordingly.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Project, Excel and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
