Experienced Service Advisor required to join a global manufacturing organisation based in Clayton South.

**The Role**

Supporting the Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Team you will act as the first point of call to their customers. This is to ensure complete customer satisfaction within the after sales & service experience. You will coordinate and allocate the activities of Service Technicians and ensure all designated works are completed in a timely manner and that customers are kept updated with the progress of works.
- Answer incoming calls for the Customer Service Centre and provide advice regarding products, equipment, and service offering.
- Receive requests for service work and allocate and schedule works and keeping the customer informed of the progress of their job.
- Process and invoice all completed workshop jobs and complete the month end process.
- Compile and complete service reports, quotes and raise purchase orders.
- Maximise workshop sales of labour, parts and consumables ensuring part availability for jobs.
- Manage the administration of warranty jobs, parts, and storage.

**Your Profile**
- Relevant experience working in customer service or administrative setting.
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- A flexible and adaptive working approach.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with refuse products and equipment.
- Experience working with a mobile workforce or in a similar environment is desirable.
