**How you’ll make an impact**
CareChoice has a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the team. This is a perm fill-time opportunity
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be a passionate recruiter with demonstrated experience in end-to-end high-volume recruitment.
As a Recruitment Advisor, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all recruitment is, in line with CareChoice policies and procedure and legislative requirements.
- Scheduling and conducting comprehensive interviews, conducting reference checks and all relevant probity checks as required.
- Assist with Assessment Centres, information days and Expos.
**About you**
As an experienced Recruitment Advisor, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be self-motivated, be an excellent team player, a positive role-model with a ‘can do’ attitude, amiable, honest, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in a recruiting high volumes within the Health Care sector or similar is highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related is advantageous.
- A thorough knowledge or industry experience, including NDIS, DHHS, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including negotiation and problem-solving skills).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationship management skills, coupled with a strong desire and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and work unsupervised.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Highly developed PC literacy and administration skills.
- Strong business acumen skills.
