**Your Hotel - Ovolo Nishi**

**The Gig**

As our **Maintenance Manager** (Custodian of Spaces), you’ll be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our vibrant art-filled spaces, and other mechanical things that work behind the scenes. You’ll also lead the charge for us to tread lighter on the planet helping to keep it clean, green, and super pristine for future generations. And it’s not just the building that you will keep sparkling, as you are most famous for the T.L.C you give your people that makes them shine just as bright too. This is a **Full-Time** role and will require flexibility within your availability. Your responsibilities will include:

- Consistency in use of tools and equipment.
- Previous Hotel Maintenance, engineering, building safety experience.
- HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge.
- Converse, socialise, and engage. It's a must. With customers and Team Members.
- Acting fast in response to emergency situations.
- Managing multiple tasks all of the time.
- Flexibility to work on weekends required.
- This is a busy hands-on role that requires a motivated can-do person with great time management skills and a desire to make the property the best it can be You must have at least 5 years' experience in a Hotel Maintenance Manager role.
- Experience in Hospitality accounts is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Salary: $85,000 base + super

You will have great interpersonal skills which will allow you to build relationships with other departments, contractors and third parties. You will also bring knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. You won't be afraid to get your hands dirty, and you will drive through your daily tasks with great enthusiasm
