**Red Hat PAM Engineer - FinXL IT Professional Services**:
**Location**: North Sydney & Macquarie Park
**Contract**: 12+ Months

**The Opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Red Hat PAM (Process Automation Manager) Engineer** to join our growing delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-scale automation projects that impact customer experience and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop end-to-end process automation using **Red Hat PAM** and **BPMN 2.0 standards**
- Deploy and manage processes on **Red Hat OpenShift** and **Kubernetes**
- Work across the full SDLC, including unit testing and production deployment
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement BPM solutions
- Provide installation, administration, and configuration of Red Hat BPM Suite environments
- Collaborate in Agile teams using **JIRA** and **Confluence**

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- ** 6+ years of experience in Red Hat PAM (Process Automation Manager)**
- ** Strong BPMN 2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation)** experience
- Solid **Java** development and **PostgreSQL/SQL** database skills
- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, **DevOps**, and **Red Hat OpenShift**
- Exposure to **Linux environments**, and working knowledge of **Python** and UI development
- Experience deploying production-ready solutions in **Banking** or **Networking technologies**
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Experience working in **Agile delivery models**
- Prior experience working with large-scale, customer-facing IT solutions
