We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team of amazing coaches.

We are looking for a trainer who is able to follow our passion of fitness with enthusiasm and our values of ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported in our space.

You will be working closely with our Owner & Studio Manager to get all the training you need so you’re able to feel confident in coaching classes independently in our space.
- Trainers would be required to: _
- Coach the members throughout sessions, offering encouragement and keeping an eye on form to ensure members are completing exercises correctly.
- Pack up and set up for the next days classes.
- Greet members upon entry and check them off.
- Modify exercises where necessary.
- Work independently.

**A successful applicant MUST have**:

- _**Experience**_ working in the fitness industry.
- Exceptional communication and social skills.
- Must be organised and punctual.
- Confidence in running Group Training Classes.
- A passion for fitness and an understanding of how to support members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Qualifications: _
- Minimum of Cert 4 in fitness or something higher.
- Up to date First Aid Training.

Our aim is to create an inclusive community where all members feel welcome and comfortable training with us. We strongly believe that the enthusiasm of our trainers has a big impact on what our members get out of every session.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
